Dr. Adler
Dr. Adler is subspecialty fellowship trained in spinal cord injury rehabilitation medicine. His clinical interests are in spinal cord injury rehabilitation, brain injury rehabilitation, rehabilitation in the critical care setting, management of neurogenic bowel/bladder and spasticity management. Dr. Adler will lead the spinal cord injury rehabilitation service line for in-patient and out-patient care.
Dr. Adler earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia in 2010. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine from Saba University School of Medicine in 2016. In 2020, he completed his PM&R residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Adler then completed a Spinal Cord Injury Medicine fellowship at Central Virginia Veterans Affairs Medical Center/Virginia Commonwealth University Health System in 2021.
Starting August 9th, Dr. Adler will see patients at Clinton Crossings and Elmwood Avenue.

Dr. Snyder
Dr. Snyder's appointment is part of the UR Medicine Spine Center expansion of evaluation services for patients with spine disorders and pathophysiologic processes. This expansion is integral to meet our commitment for access and subspecialty expertise in the management of spine pathology.
His clinical interests include herniated discs, radiculopathy and spinal stenosis as well as the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder, hip and knee joint arthritis and musculoskeletal syndromes. Dr. Snyder utilizes a combination of conservative physical medicine rehabilitation modalities in combination with innovative ultrasound and fluoroscopic guided interventional spine and joint procedures with a goal of improving symptoms, restoring function and optimizing quality of life of the patients in our community.
Dr. Snyder earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He earned his medical degree from Albany College in 2016. In 2020, he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Strong Memorial Hospital. During his residency, he served as Chief Resident during the 2019--2020 year and earned the Spirit of Carol Humanism Award in 2019. Dr. Snyder then completed an Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine fellowship at OSS Health in York, PA in 2021 under the mentorship of Michael Furman MD. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Starting July 12th, Dr. Snyder will see patients at Webster and Clinton Crossings.
