The New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD)

This government entity oversees agencies that receive OPWDD funding to provide services to people with developmental disabilities (DD).  OPWDD also determines eligibility for services through the Front Door.  Contact the Front Door for your county (region) by visiting: http://www.opwdd.ny.gov/welcome-front-door/Front_Door_Contact_Numbers
