How to Apply

We will not be participating in the Match for 2024-2025.

 

Thank you for your interest in the ACGME-accredited Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Training Program at the University of Rochester. If you require a visa, the University of Rochester sponsors J-1 visas. We select the most qualified candidates regardless of sex, race, creed, color, national origin, handicap, or age.

Candidates who have completed at least the PGY-3 year of an ACGME-accredited general psychiatry residency are eligible for consideration.

Applications are accepted via ERAS and must include the following:

  • Application
  • Personal statement
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Three letters of recommendation, including one from current/previous residency director(s)
  • Medical School Dean’s letter
  • Official Medical School transcript
  • USMLE scores
  • Copy of Medical School diploma
  • If you are a foreign medical graduate, please provide a copy of your ECFMG certificate
