How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in the Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship Program at the University of Rochester. We select the most qualified candidates regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age. Our Postdoctoral Fellowship Program consider applications from individuals who meet the following criteria

  • Must have completed an APA accredited clinical, counseling, or school psychology graduate training program.
  • Must have completed an APA accredited clinical, counseling, or school psychology internship.

POSTDOC START DATE:  September 1st

APPIC Guidelines / APPA CAS

Our program will adhere to the APPIC guidelines and utilize APPIC's centralized postdoctoral application system (APPA CAS)

Application due Date: DECEMBER 15, 2016

All applications are reviewed by training program faculty. Interviews will be offered to selected applicants based on the degree of fit with our program. Interviews typically occur during the months of January/February, although there may be changes based on program needs and availability.

Per APPIC Guidelines, offers will be made on Monday, February 27, 2017

Additional supplement may be asked for

  • Certificate of doctoral degree completion*

*We realize that certificates of doctoral degree completion may not be available to many candidates who are completing internships or other degree requirements. In these instances, we have available our application supplement (see below) to be completed by you and your graduate training director verifying that the doctoral degree requirements will be met prior to the anticipated start of the fellowship program.
