If you have received your Staples ID, but profile information is missing, incorrect, or out of date, you will need to first update your SOLO form at our website below. This is an audit requirement for the SOLO program – please do not contact your Staples rep directly if your information needs to be updated; you will have to contact us first.
Changes include: NAME CHANGE, DEPARTMENT NAME CHANGE, YOU’VE MADE A DEPARTMENT CHANGE, A COST CENTER CHANGE (ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS), OR A DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGE
WE NEED TO KNOW!
Updates will not be made effective with the supplier until we receive the signed copy of the form.
We are discovering that certain user profile information was not correctly transferred when the SOLO database was moved to our website in early 2011. If you had an OfficeMax account established prior to that time, it is possible we longer have record of that information. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the matter. You will need to complete an updated SOLO form for Staples at our website below and forward a signed copy to Nathan and he will contact the Staples team to get you set up.
Thank you for your patience as we work through these issues. Our expectation is that once you send the forms to us, Staples will have your correct information loaded for you within 24-48 hours. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
