Supplier Qualification Process

In order to be considered to do business with Highland Hospital, suppliers must do the following:

Step 1: Complete and submit Supplier Size and Conflict of Interest Certification Form
Step 2: Review, complete and submit Insurance Requirements including naming entity as additional insured.
