Attention eRecord/ePartner users:
On July 27, the Citrix Apps site (myapps2.urmc.rochester.edu) you use to access eRecord or ePartner will be upgraded and your screen appearance will change. Please read this overview for new features and important tips to prepare.
Duo Two Factor Authentication Required for Network Access
To access URMC systems from outside our network, you are required to enroll in Duo two-factor authentication, a service which validates your identity before granting access to our network. To enroll, confirm you are connected to the URMC network, then visit https://duo.urmc-sh.rochester.edu . If you are not connected, you will receive an error message. For help, call the ISD Help Desk at (585) 275-3200.
URMC Faculty and Staff
Two-factor authentication is required for:
- Outlook Web Access (OWA)
- URMC VPN
- Connect to the network via VPN
- Visit https://duo.urmc-sh.rochester.edu

Use a Web browser to access your URMC e-mail, calendars, contacts, tasks, and other mailbox content.
Use to access eRecord or ePartner if you are not using URMC VPN.
Use to access eView if you are not using URMC VPN.
Use to access eCV, CPN (Centricity Perinatal) or PICIS.
Use AnyConnect VPN to securely access URMC's network.
