Scooter - BioRad S3e Configuration

The BioRad S3e is a 2 laser, 4 fluorescent parameter cell sorter capable of two way sorting into 5mL tubes, PCR tubes and 8 well strips using a 100uM nozzle. Scooter is for use by trained personnel only!

Collinear Blue 488 (100mW) and Yellow-Green 561nm (100mW) Lasers : Measures two scatter parameters: FSC and SSC. Also measures the following stains:
