Efficacy and safety of AbGn-168H in patients with moderate to severe active ulcerative colitis

Research Question:
Is AbGn-168H a safe and effective treatment for moderate to severe ulcerative colitis?

Basic Study Information

Purpose:
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the drug AbGn-168H in patients who have moderate to severe Ulcerative Colitis. The study will test use of the drug AbGn-168H for 26 weeks. To determine if the drug is safe and effective, patients will come to the clinic regularly to meet with the study team, complete questionnaires, and have blood work completed.
