A Multicenter Access and Distribution Protocol for Unlicensed Cryopreserved Cord Blood
The primary objective of this study is to see how well neutrophils, a type of white
blood cell, recovery after cord blood transplantation.

Purpose:Location: University of Rochester Medical Center
Cord blood is blood from the umbilical cord of a newborn baby. This blood contains
high concentrations of stem cells (cells from which all blood cells develop). This
study is a protocol for unlicensed cryopreserved cord blood units (CBUs) in pediatric
and adult patients with blood cancers.
