Research Question:
What is the safety and preliminary effectiveness of sildenafil in premature infants
with severe Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD)?
Basic Study Information
Purpose:
This is a multicenter study of sildenafil in premature infants in Neonatal Intensive
Care Units (NICUs) with severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). Infants must be receiving
respiratory support at enrollment.
