Fundamentals of Multiphoton Microscopy

Multiphoton microscopy is a non-linear fluorescence imaging technique that allows deep imaging of living tissues with minimal photo-bleaching and photo-damaging occurrences.

Optical Harmonic Generation

Harmonic generation microscopy combines label-free imaging with multiphoton technique to visualize endogenous signals in deep tissue.

Tissue Clearing Methods

Tissue clearing techniques aim to induce sample transparency by homogenizing the refractive index of all tissue components to allow an optically clear sample for three-dimensional deep tissue imaging.
