The Advanced Molecular Imaging (AMI) system allows detection of luminescence and fluorescence in live animals, as well as cells and tissues. The predominant use of AMI is for bioluminescent imaging, but the system is equipped with filters for fluorescent imaging at 510nm, 630nm, 650nm, 670nm, 690nm, 710nm, 730nm, 750nm, 770nm, 790nm wavelengths.  Multiparameter imaging is possible in principle, but would require time for optimization.
