Match Day 2016

There were plenty of smiles, and some tears of joy (and relief), during Match Day, March 18, 2016. The MD Class of 2016 awaited the opening of the envelopes that would tell them where they would be spending the next chapter of their medical careers. The School of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Rochester Class of 2016 includes 104 future doctors who will continue their training in 28 states from Maine to Hawaii. This year 19 were matched at UR Medicine's Strong Memorial Hospital. Congratulations to all the students and their families as they prepare for this journey!
