- Medication: In some cases, swelling and pain can be reduced by an anti-inflammatory medication. Our team will work with you to choose the most effective medicine for your specific injury.
- Rest: Some injuries heal in a matter of weeks, while others take more time—and returning to your sport too soon may cause more extensive damage. You may work with your doctor, to determine what level of rest you need, and for how long.
- Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation: Our team of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants will help you strengthen the areas around your injury.
