Autism Appreciation Day at Stokoe Farms!

Stokoe Farms invites families and individuals on the Autism Spectrum to come out and have a fun filled day at the farm! Families enjoy discounted admission and reserve seating in Harvest Barn to connect with other families and share resources. Please see below for more event details and contact information.

October 2016 - 2nd Annual Wellness Fair!

Hosted by the Walworth-Seely Public Library

The Walworth-Seely Public Library is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Wellness Fair! This event will feature over a dozen organizations, including the Rochester Regional Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder (RRACSD)! October 2016 - Behavioral Conference! “Crisis Behavior Management: Supporting Caregivers of Individuals with Challenging Behaviors”

Hosted by the OPWDD Region 1 Family Support Advisory Council

The OPWDD Region 1 Family Support Advisory Council presents “Crisis Behavior Management: Supporting Caregivers of Individuals with Challenging Behaviors”. This conference will feature training sessions on various topics and a vendor fair of local supports and services. This conference will be held in three locations across the OPWDD Region 1 area; Rochester, Orchard Park, and Corning. Please see the conference flyer for each location below for more details and registration information. Note: Registration is required by September 30th, 2016

MATT Groups for Parents!

Managing Autism Together Today (MATT) is hosting a series of informal social events for parents of children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.  The focus is to meet other local parents that share the same experience of navigating life with a child that has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Parents/guardians with children of all ages, from toddlers to teens and beyond are welcome to attend.
