Thankfully Carla Peracchia was able to get me in for an appointment after going to Strong West for an ED visit that was less than helpful. Dr Peracchia ordered a steroid taper and was able to get me in for an appointment within two days of the ED visit. She ordered a STAT MRI and referred me to the pain clinic with the necessary information to schedule an appointment with the pain clinic. Dr Peracchia always goes above and beyond for her patients to make sure they are well cared for.

Dr. Peracchia usually spends however, much time I need. This most recent appt. was a physical which took less than an hour including time discussing blood test results. The appt. felt rushed. Are doctors "encouraged" to see certain # of patients per day?

[...], Dr. Peracchia's nurse is exceptional. She is always friendly and warm and and an great assistant to the doctor. Dr. Peracchia is such a great doctor. She greets you and makes you feel so comfortable. She almost always asks about something personal, asking on this visit about a trip we had just taken. She listens carefully and weighs options for new medications, referrals, or other treatments. I feel like she is a friend, not just my doctor. It is rare to find an exceptional doctor who has great bedside manner and personalityshe checks all the boxes.
