Brenda Davis, and she has done this several times, if you ask her a question, she gives off an aura like I'm bothering her with the questions. She rolls her eyes and take up deep breath, and will answer the question as if I should know it. It's hard to put it in the words. The patient should NEVER FEEL THIS WAY !! I have said more than once to her:"I didn't go to medical school, that's why I'm asking these questions !" [...]

I am a very active person, example, I'm the oldest person in my golf league. I only take one prescription pill for supposedly high blood pressure in my life. I only see Dr. Davis once a year for my annual physical; thankfully at age 84 I am in reasonably good health and am able to continue to work as a substitute teacher. Dr. Davis is always very accommodating, allowing me to be her last patient of the day at which time she not only gives me a thorough physical but also takes the time to inquire into my mental/social health as well. Our conversation then might become a bit less formal as we share a tidbit or two about our respective families. I always leave an appointment with her in a happy frame of mind.

Move Dr. Davis's office closer to my residence - good for me, but certainly not for her. The location of her office definitely does not make me want to change physicians. My experience was quite positive so coming up with a negative is just plain difficult.

When I was finished with the doctor it was still before my scheduled appointment time. She also relayed a message from my wife that she had walked to Alde store and I was to pick her up over there. Talk to Dr. Davis about her bedside manner. When I was trying to explain my back pain, and this has happened in the past, she would sigh, making me feel like I'm boring her. My last visit I was explaining something about my vertebrae, which I've been in excruciating pain for 12 days now, she said sarcastically said: "I know, I'm a doctor" When a doctor says that to you, that's unprofessional and it makes you feel like you don't want to ask another question which is a terrible way to feel !!! That's really bad ! She doesn't have a good connection with the patients.

Davis does a good job in terms of covering the bases, but she has no caring nature, which is nice if she did. Sometimes the visits go OK, sometimes she makes you feel like you're bothering her with questions, and that's terrible !
