Dr. Ferrantino has always been thorough, competent, professional and accessible. However, I do sense that she has more time pressure now. I'm sure her practice has grown since I have had her as a primary care physician, and deservedly so. I do hope that in general, physicians do not become so pressured under new demands that patient care suffers, because feeling taken care of is as important as the standard of technical mediical care.

The initial nurse who met with me (something like Shawnie was her name) she was so kind and helpful. The doctor spent extra time with me to talk through both my test results and my concerns.
