Dr. Suter has always showed compassion and attentiveness with my medical care especially in the kast 3 months in dealing with a serious infection after my gall bladder surgery. I have just moved back from South Carolina. I was filling him in from the My Chart there. I have POTS and I know it is difficult to gauge the depth of the problem because I was having a good day, so many of the physical problems are not as apparent until a flare up occurs. I also have a strong emotional issue to work through from my last job. Because of my brain fog, I forgot to tell him the extent of the symptoms. I told him that I was in survival mode at the end of my last job. In my case, that meant I was having symptoms so bad physically and emotionally that I missed 1-2 days a week in the last month. I had kept getting sick before that as my immune system has not been strong. He did well with the information I gave him.

Dr. Suter is my primary care physician and he is excellent. Dr. Campbell filled in for him one day and I saw him a couple months ago. I had a bad back and pulled muscle and Dr. Campbell recommended PT. I'm now healed from the PT with both those issues. He was excellent and also very nice, too. Everyone at Pulsifer is wonderful. Andrea at the front desk is meticulous and knows all her patients. She's a wonderful person and such an asset to this organization.

My former PMd refused to discontinue metformin wound not discuss it. For the past year I have been dizzy nauseous and weak. Dr Suter listened to me checked my labs and said the problem is metformin I don't need it. Finally a MD that listens and respects me. Since going off it I am no longer dizzy and nauseous. Blood glucose normal. Suter is a keeper for sure.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Suter. I was very impressed with his professionalism & comfortable demeanor. He Is very Intelligent and very easy to converse with. I read the results of my blood test on My Chart but he phoned me before my first appointment to tell me I had an urinary Infection. Dr Suter was a partner in the office of my primary care doctor Dr. S Campbell. When I notified office of my issue I had appointment within one hour. An action was made. Dr Suter made periodic contact with thru out the day as results from lab work canned in. I appreciated the rapid response and the seriousness they gave to my condition. Dr. Suter. This was my first time meeting Dr. Suter. I found him to be very thorough and patient. He sent me to the lab for further tests. I got the results that evening in My Chart. One of the results was much higher than I would have expected which worried me. A few minutes later Dr. Suter sent a message through My Chart explaining why that result was to be expected and that it was nothing to worry about. I was very appreciative of the fact that he took the time out of his evening to follow up on my visit that day.

They just just keep doing what they're doing! Doc Suter and staff are great!

Dr. Suter is always available, responsive and engaged in my medical care.

I changed to this provider as my PCP five or six years ago. The provider, the practice and URMC in general have met or exceeded my expectations. Communications are done efficiently through MyChart, as are blood test results. Nothing is lacking.

Dr. Suter and his assistant (Lauren?) always greet me nicely and give great care and attention. Lucky to have them as my medical team.

I always feel comfortable with the staff members and with Dr. Suter. I feel he understands me and is available to answer all of my questions.
