Excellent care, thoughtful questions and clear, concise answers to my questions. Dr. Mala was such a big help when I was feeling very sick and was able to squeeze me in to her schedule when my own provider was out of the office. I'm very grateful.

Mala Ashok, MD always is an amazing listener and truly cares about my concerns. She takes time every time I am seen so I know it is her true character. Messaging her on mychart is a guarantee reply within an hour or less. Stellar PCP in my opinion.

I had a very great experience with Dr.Ashok. This was my first visit with her, she did not have access to my medical records because I did not remember my previous doctor office to provide her with those records. She answered all of my questions with great knowledge. I am glad to have a doctor that I like.

My Dr and her Nurse - JENNY are the most incredible TEAM. Jenny is one of my favorite Nurses to see when I do have to visit the office. She is so pleasant, happy, funny, joyful - I LOVE HER. Please make sure they both know how incredible they are.

The doctor didn't seem to be well versed in parasites, although I know that the problem is unusual in suburban affluent areas. It turned out that I didn't have them. I know I can't expect a General Practitioner to know specifics about rare things, so I don't hold this against her.

Receptionist treated me very well and she was very respectful, even I was late for my appointment, because my time in the lab for a blood test. I really appreciate both of the ladies helped me at the front desk. Also special thanks for the LPN, she treated me very respectfully and was very careful during treatment.And finally Dr. Mala, who was always nice and listened to me all the times with respect. I'm sorry, I don't the name of the ladies at the front desk as well as the LPN.

Dr Ashok is a jewel! She truly cares about her patients. I have never once felt like a number but that it as an individual did she always wanted to make sure she could give me the best health possible. Even if she said things I didn't want to hear. She always said them diplomatically which you caring. People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care and that is why I stick with Doctor Ashok.

My daughter [...] had a PCR test done and Dr. Ashok did such a great job, not only for her patients by ensuring all the proper safety wear, but by ensuring we were not in any contact with others during our visit (walked straight back to a close-by exam room, then straight back out once we were done). This type of care lets me know that we are always safe there.
