I saw Dr. Zerbe who I've known for years. Actually I think he is somewhat shy and doesn't necessarily have a lot of extra chit -chat. HOWEVER I think he is an excellent doctor. I have great respect for his ability.

I am a Snowbird, actually a Florida resident so I'm in western NY State less than 6 months a year. However I've gone to the practice in Perry, NY since shortly after it opened - probably close to 40 years and long before I became a FL resident. I tell you all this because I've always felt I have gotten excellent care at this practice, and they do have concern for their patients. This includes everyone on their staff. This office visit did not disappoint. I have a primary care doctor in Florida. I much prefer the practice in Perry.

It's very difficult to explain exactly what is happening with one's health. Though Dr. Zerbe took more time to explain the results of some of the 31 tests/x-rays I had in [...], I still feel like a major issue (my neck pain and loss of mobility) isn't addressed. And I don't know how to talk about it.
