Patient Comments
I explained to Dr Hazen that my father was just put under hospice care, she was very compassionate. She even asked the tech to do my blood work so I didn't have to wait downstairs, she wanted me to be done as soon as possible so I could be with my Father.

I was nervous when Dr Myra Weiner retired however Dr Hazen is equally as attentive and thorough. I am very pleased with the care she provides and have confidence in her opinion.
