Philosophy
Anna strives to cultivate a safe, collaborative environment with patients, and is always happy to discuss ways to optimize patient wellness. Anna believes in clear and timely communication and encourages patients to ask questions about their care.
Special Interests
As a Rochester-area native, Anna is pleased to serve her hometown community. She also has a passion for primary care, geriatric medicine, and mental health.
On a Personal Note
In her free time, Anna enjoys running, yoga, hiking, reading, cooking, baking, and spending time with family, friends, and her rescue dog.

Anna was very thorough, both in listening to understand my issue and explaining what she observed during her examination. In fact, she examined my bad ear twice. I also appreciated having my vitals taken In the middle of my examination, which allowed sufficient time for my vitals to settle down before they were taken, as opposed to Immediately upon arrival. Anna easily was one of the most attentive medical providers I have ever seen, taking sufficient time to obtain the necessary time to derive her diagnosis, explain It to me, making sure I understood her findings and recommending a follow-up with an ENT specialist. I thank her for a caring and comprehensive visit!

I cannot say enough good things about Anna Phillips. She is an exceptional provider. She is always kind, listens well to what I have to say, asks thoughtful questions, and is willing to consider my input and questions before coming to a diagnosis. She understands that I am the type of person that will do independent research into the treatment plan she is recommending and will offer guidance to get me started.

PA Anna Philips was pleasant, patient and thorough. It was my first encounter with her. Welcome to the practice! I usually visit with Dr. Yosha. I would like to mention that she is a wonderful doctor and person. She is respectful, compassionate and well educated. I apologize bc I don't know the name of the kind lady who took my height, weight and vitals. She may be a care technician or a nurse. [...] She was friendly, encouraging, chipper and a good listener. Thank you to the care team in general. I can imagine how the past several have been stressful with the pandemic. Take good care always!

Anna Phillips was very nice n answered all my questions n made me feel that my health mattered. She even got right on all my lab work n discussed my concerns to my primary DR. Which I loved. Called me n explained in detail on the findings of my lab work to me. It was quick answers to something that has been a real concern to me. She called me after work hours n I was impressed. She deserves to b recognized on her caring n confident approach toward me n making me leave there knowing I was seen by someone I met for the 1st time n I mattered. Gold stars from me bcuz that's why u go into nursing being doctors. Compassion enthusiasm care the love of ur job.
