Dr. Moore is amazingly kind and thorough, realistic yet positive. She was thorough in making sure she answered my questions and did not have any more. At end of visit summarized changes, I should institute and what she would do.

Dr. Moore is always warm and careful about including my wife and I about options for my treatment. She is reassuring about my concerns, which ususally get ahead of the current situation-- how close I am to have to go on dialysis, but always honest that yes the day likely will come.

I have never taken the time to fill this survey out but felt compelled to. Dr Moore was the most thorough, thoughtful, helpful physician I have ever dealt with (and told her so) and I have dealt with many dozens over the years.
