I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Lambert and her team. I also saw the doctor that was in the room during my procedure 6 months ago (Dr. Kwan?). For such an major procedure and how upset I was, the team was very responsive.

Dr. Lambert Smith has performed several Mohs surgeries on me over the last few years and is one of the best doctors I have ever had..Dr. Lambert Smith and her staff are exceptional and they have helped me regain my quality of life..I have a rare skin disease and Dr. Smith and her staff spent 2 hours diagnosing my skin issues and helped me recover from my serious health situation..Excellent doctor..

I am so happy that I was referred to Dr. Franki Lambert for this procedure. Her, the Fellows and Residents, all wonderful. I was surrounded by such a smart and very caring medical team. I drove 3 hours each way to see her and her team. All worth it.

Dr. Franki Lambert Smith is terrific. She is a true professional and expert in her filed. I feel very fortunate that she was in charge of, and performed my surgery. She exhibited a calm demeanor and coupled that with a caring confidence that helped me to deal with this unexpected health concern. This is a real understatement, but all I can say is that she did a great job.

Dr. Franki Lambert-Smith is an expert and a true professional in every particular. She took her time and explained completely the Mohs surgical procedure. As the surgery was taking place, she explained what she was doing and hat was going to be happening next. As I rite this it has been almost two weeks since the surgery. The healing process is just as it was explained to me. I had a check up a couple days ago ith Dr. Lambert-Smith and she was just as professional and caring as she was the day of the surgery. Rochester is blessed to have her at UR.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Lambert as my health care provider for this upcoming mohs surgery. I am 70 yrs old and have never had any serious health issues, ever. This is the first time that the word cancer and my name have ever been used in the same sentence. Dr. Lambert demonstrated an extremely high level of expertise and knowledge. She was both compassionate and thorough. I have every confidence in her abilities.

I always felt comfortable in Dr. Lambert's care. She was extremely confident and knowledgeable. She kept me informed every step of the way, and the whole process from start to finish was very technically impressive and fast. Though it was fast, I always had enough time with Dr. Lambert and her crew to ask questions as needed.

Doctor Lambert is the perfect person to be in her position. Like the nurses, kind, gentle and total confidence she knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend her and wish all Doctors had her mannerisms. Very pleasant and reassuring during a very difficult time.

Dr. Lambert was excellent. She removed the cancerous tissue in one go, and took care to minimize scarring. I would recommend her to anyone needing MOHS.

I came to UR-Mohs because of very loud experiences at 2 other providers. Dr. Lambert understood the history & listened to my concerns. She essentially "erased" the previous bad experiences. I wish I had seen her first.
