I have had Ila as my main medical practitioner since I joined the practice a number of years ago and I have been very, very satisfied with her care. Not only is she very knowledgeable and professional in every way, but caring and compassionate. A perfect combination. I always recommend her when asked for the name of a practitioner. Ila is amazing, plain and simple. Her warmth and genuine concern are not only kind and thoughtful - but also deeply effective. For patients who need it, she is immediately disarming because she smiles, thorough because she listens with empathy, and trustworthy because she takes her time and speaks in a calming but positive manner. Ila earned my trust the moment I met her years ago and she continues to earn it - along with deep respect - through her sharing of knowledge, her professionalism and her outstanding "bedside manner". To be seen and heard as a patient is not a gift...it is a right. Ila gets that at her core and cares for her people as such. I truly feel it's an honor to see her every time I visit this office.
