Dr. Gerald N. Graser Implant Fellowship

This one-year fellowship is for those applicants wishing to expand their implant surgical training and/or pursue an academic career within dentistry or the Prosthodontic specialty. The fellowship begins each July 1st and ends the following June 30th.

The selection committee consists of dentistry faculty and is chaired by the Director of the Eastman Institute for Oral Health, Dr. Cyril Meyerowitz. 

The Graser Fellowship provides a stipend to eligible candidates.

 

Dr. Gerald GraserGerald N. Graser, D.D.S., M.S. began his residency in 1970 within Eastman Dental and became a faculty member in 1975.  He is past preseident of the Academy of Osseointegration, Academy of Prosthodontics and the American Prosthodontic Society. Graser retired from program director of the Division of Prosthodontics in 2001 and stepped down as chair of the division in 2006. He continues to teach part-time as professor of dentistry at the School of Medicine and Dentistry. Eastman's prosthodontic laboratory was renovated and dedicated to Dr. Graser in 2001.
