--------

Dr. Glynis Scott is an expert in melanocyte biology and dermatopathology. She serves as principal investigator on an NIH grant to study the process of melanocyte dendrite extension and melanosome trafficking. Dr. Scott is the director of the dermatopathology service, which includes over 8,000 skin specimens from the community and University clinic per year. Dr. Scott also directs the teaching activities for dermatopathology, which include bi-monthly sessions around a multi-headed microscope as well as a two week elective.
