- Functional molecular, genetic and neuroanatomical organization of the auditory system.
- Neuropsychological, neurochemical, molecular and neuroanatomical bases of presbycusis. Program project in collaboration with 12 other faculty at the University of Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology, and University of Buffalo.
- In collaboration with the Center for Aging and Developmental Biology, University of Rochester Aab Center for Biomedical Sciences, gene therapy, and regeneration studies of the mammalian auditory system.
