Ballet can help your poise, posture and grace. We have a new 4 week session of introduction to ballet beginning April 1. Class is held Wednesdays 4:40-5:25. Cost for the entire session is $17 for non-members and $12 for members. Please call 275-2437 with questions or to enroll.


Pilates will help strengthen your core and improve coordination and balance - and we now have 2 classes to choose from.

Tuesday, 5:20-6:10 pm - 5 week session starting March 17th. $20 for non-members, $12.50/M.

Wednesday, 4:35-5:25 pm - 4 week session starting March 4. $16 for non-members, $10/M.

Beginner Group Strength Training

This introductory class will take you through the basics of strength training from start to finish. Michael Washington will help all participants learn how to execute moves properly. If you are new to exercise or a baby boomer who needs to start strengthening your body, this class is just for you. The cost is only $12 for non-members for all 4 weeks beginning March 12. Class is held on Thursdays from 12:15-12:45. Please call 275-2437 to enroll or for more information.

Zumba on Thursday evenings & Tuesdays at lunch

Zumba - "Ditch the workout, Join the party!"

This hour long class is held Thursdays at 5:20pm. The cost for a 4 week long session is $14 for non-members or $4.50 a class. Or try a 45 minute class Tuesdays at 12:15pm for $4 a class.

Morning Boot Camp

Come and get your workout done first thing! Get those endorphins going early and increase your metabolism for the remainder of the day. This Wednesday class starts at 6:30am. Non-members pay only $2.50. Call 275-2437 for info.


WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music taught by Laura. Come join us Tuesdays at 5:15pm and check out how fun it is to work out.


Turbo Kick® includes cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. You will get lean & toned – and have a blast doing it. It’s high intensity, fast paced, and totally addicting! Held on Thursdays at 5:15pm, this class will rev up your heartrate.

25 minute classes - HIIT

Get in, work out hard, get back! Non-members welcome. Current classes are held Mondays at 11:30, but more may be offered. Try your first 3 classes for $1.50 each (normally only $2). Call us at 275-2437 for more details.


Yoga is held Mondays from 5:15 - 6:30 pm. Instructor Colleen holds a certification from Open Sky Yoga and teaches asanas and meditation. Membership is not required and each class can cost as little as $5.50 for non-members, when enrolling for the month.

Lunch time Yoga

Class is held Tuesday from 11:15 -12:05. The cost for 4 weeks is $8 for members and $12 for non-members (individual classes available as well). Space is limited.


A new martial arts class held on Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:30-4:30pm.


Attend each full month (4 times a week) for only $50.00 (or less). Classes are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am -12:00 pm PLUS belt testings.

Dry Cleaning

Bring your clothing to the Fitness & Wellness Center and we will take care of the rest. We also handle departmental lab coat cleaning for only $5.00 per Lab Coat. We gladly accept 312 Requisitions. Convenient and Hassle Free. Drop off Monday thru Friday 10-5 and items will be returned in 3 business days or less.
