Imaging Sciences Fellowship Programs
The University of Rochester Medical Center is a tertiary care center with a 739 inpatient bed capacity that has been consistently ranked as one of America’s Best Hospitals in U.S. News & World Report magazine’s annual survey. The Department of Imaging Sciences plays a major role at URMC by interacting daily with inpatient areas such as the Golisano Children’s Hospital and the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center. Additional services are provided at Highland Hospital, Thompson Health, outpatient centers University Medical Imaging (UMI) and PET-CT Center at Science Park as well as at other ambulatory sites throughout the community and remote sites accessible by teleradiology. It is in this environment that comprehensive fellowship training opportunities are offered to physicians who wish to expand their expertise in the following radiology subspecialties.
