Café 601 at Strong

Our main cafeteria, Cafe 601 at Strong, is located on the first floor of the hospital by the red elevators (see first floor map)

Our mission is to provide high quality foods that are fresh and flavorful, as well as offering education, support and guidance for healthy eating. We offer fresh salad and fruit bars every day, as well as traditional homestyle, deli, grill, and pizza stations. We have a Pasta Station where customers can create their own pasta order, as well as a Creation Station where customers can choose their own toppings on the Creation Station Daily Feature. We also feature a daily special each day at the grill, deli, pizza, pasta, soup, and homestyle stations.

We have an online ordering site available within the hospital for customers to place orders for pickup or delivery.

We are committed to health and nutrition so we offer at least one menu item that fits into our Be in Balance program. We also provide nutrition, ingredient and allergen information on our menu items at our Nutrition Kiosks (conveniently located in our Dining Area) and our Cafe 601 Nutrition site.
