Lab Locations, Hours, & Directions
All patient service centers will be closed on the following spring/summer holidays: Fourth of July, & September 7 (Labor Day).
Friday July 3 (Fourth of July observed) will feature limited hours of operation at select locations, and no locations will be opened on Sunday July 5. Click here for details.
As of Monday May 4, 2009, patient service center hours at 200 White Spruce Blvd (Brighton) & 5995 Big Tree Rd (Lakeville) have changed. These affected locations are highlighted below in blue.
