  • We have dedicated account managers who can often customize our processes so they fit seamlessly with your practice. They do this on a regular basis with our current physician partners. We can provide references at your request.
  • We are able to individualize our requisition forms so they fit the way you work, making your work processes simpler and more intuitive.
  • We have a program to train you and your staff on our IT systems, so you can quickly learn the best ways to put our IT systems to use.
  • We will provide results the way you need them: Whether you prefer a paper-based system, completely electronic, or some combination of the two, we can easily accommodate your needs.
  • We have regular conversations with physicians to learn how we can make our lab services work more seamlessly for you.
