Sorry, squamous cell carcinoma is not the answer.

Squamous cell carcinoma may have a spindled appearance (slide 1). However, the nuclear features are malignant with coarse chromatin, thick nuclear membrances, and nucleoli. Single cells are typically present. Keratinization may be evident and is characterized by a dense aragaphilia at the cytoplasm (slide 2 and 3). Atypical spindle cells (tadpole cells) may be present in the background (slide 4).
