Sorry, malignant fibrous histiocytoma is not the answer.

Sarcomas usually have a spindle shape appearance at least in part (slide 1). These tumors commonly have numerous single cells with markedly atypical nuclear features including nuclear folds and prominent nucleoli (slides 2-4). The combination of atypical spindle cells and single bizarre cells is typical for sarcoma. Depending on the type of sarcoma, a background matrix may also be present.
