The patient is a 42 year old male with past medical history of hypertension into present with right upper quadrant abdominal pain. CT of the abdomen showed a large pancreatic mass. Physical exam revealed a large mass in the submandibular region of the left neck. An FNA of this mass was performed. What is your diagnosis?
