Dr. Fultz is a Diagnostic Radiologist Certified by the American Board of Radiology with special competence in Chest, Abdominal and Pelvic Imaging.



Education

He earned his medical degree from the State University of New York - Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, NY. He finished his Medical Internship from Rochester General Hospital. He then completed his Residency and Fellowship training at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
