We evaluate and treat individuals with communicative, hearing, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. Our speech-language pathologists can determine the extent of a patient's impairment and develop a treatment plan. Our staff offers expert inpatient and outpatient services to patients of all ages, from newborns to elders.

Referral
Written prescriptions for speech therapy are required and may be issued by a New York State licensed:
- Physician
- Nurse practitioner
- Podiatrist
- Dentist
- Insurance

We provide services for all health insurance plans in the Rochester area, including (but not limited to):

Appointments are made by calling (585) 341-9017. If you do not reach an attendant, please leave a voice mail message with your name and phone number, and we'll be happy to return your call promptly.
For a referral, please bring a prescription signed by your physician.
Please have your insurance information available. An authorization number for HMOs is required prior to scheduling.
