Preliminary data from a Monroe County Health Department report released late last year indicates that nearly 45 percent of newly identified area HIV cases occurred in people under age 25. Register with the CEL office and select Register Online for Infection Control, located on the right side of the page. Once you are at the site, you may register, pay and receive training materials needed to complete the program online.
