The CTSI and Office of Faculty Development and Diversity are pleased to announce an interactive session for faculty, trainees and students from across the University on launching research and academic careers.  Please register for part or all of the afternoon. Part One: Role of mentoring in launching an academic career. Please join us for lunch and a panel discussion featuring  recipients of the URMC mentoring awards from 2013 convocation.   Potential mentors and protégés  will both learn from this opportunity to share their thoughts  on the importance of mentoring and best mentoring practices.
