Billing and Insurance Information

For patient account billing questions, call Patient Services directly at 585-758-7650. If you are calling from outside the Rochester, NY area, call 1-888-925-4301.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Financial Case Management

Strong Memorial Hospital has financial counselors who guide, advise and provide outreach services for patients requiring public benefits (such as Medicaid, Social Security Disability, Public Assistance, etc.) and coordinate the efforts required to secure appropriate benefits for the patients.

If you or someone that you love is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, and you do not qualify for any other public medical programs, you MAY qualify for Charity Care to assist with payment of your hospital services. Learn more about our Charity Care program.
