Facility Closure Update

The close date for the current facility has been pushed back indefinitely. The Fitness & Wellness Center will remain open, in its current location, until further notice.

Who We Are

The Fitness & Wellness Center is the only 24-hour health club designed specifically for members of the University of Rochester community. Our staff works diligently to help faculty, staff, students, alumni and retirees stay healthy, relaxed and productive.

We encourage you to take a moment to come down and ask for a complimentary tour of our facility or use a 3 (consecutive) day pass to try us out.

Getting Here

The Fitness & Wellness Center is located at G-5680 in Strong Memorial Hospital. In the North Corridor, follow the yellow ceiling tags to the Facilities wing between MRI and Ultrasound. After turning into the Facilities wing, follow the stripes on the wall.

Hours

Members can use the facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Office and Pro Shop staff are available Monday through Friday, 10:00AM to 5:30PM, excluding University holidays.
