Supriya Mohile, MD and colleagues are studying how best to tailor cancer treatments to the unique needs of older adults. Little is known about factors associated with receipt of bevacizumab, or whether bevacizamab is associated with increased toxicity when added to chemotherapy. In this study they examined factors that are associated with receipt and toxicity of bevacizumab in older patients with cancer.
