Lymphoma
The lymphoma clinic offers the following services to patients:
- Full diagnostic review of lymphoma biopsies
- Radiotherapy treatment
- Chemotherapy and immunotherapy
- Blood and Marrow Transplantation
The James P. Wilmot Cancer Center's Blood and Marrow Transplantation Program is the only one of its kind in the Finger Lakes Region. The center has performed over 900 transplants since the unit opened in 1990. An inpatient/outpatient area (IPOP) opened in the fall of 1998, which allows the patient to stay at home longer during the transplant process, resulting in enhanced patient and family satisfaction.
