Matthew Miller, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology and the Department of Neurosurgery. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed a fellowship in head and neck oncologic surgery at Ohio State University.
Shawn Newlands, MD, PhD is Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology. He earned his MD at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he also earned his PhD in Neuroscience. Dr. Newlands is a highly accomplished head and neck oncologic surgeon and is also active in research on recovery from injuries to the inner ear.
Paul G. van der Sloot, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology. He received his medical degree from the University of Calgary. He then completed a fellowship at Vanderbilt University in head and neck oncologic surgery, microvascular reconstruction and cranial base surgery.
Yuhchyau Chen, MD, PhD is the Chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology. She received both her MD and PhD from the University of Washington. She then performed a fellowship in Radiation Oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Deepinder Singh, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology. He earned his medical degree at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research. Dr. Singh completed a fellowship in Radiation Oncology at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Hong Zhang, MD, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology. She earned her MD at Yale University School of Medicine and her PhD at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
Deborah Mulford, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, Hematology/Oncology. She received her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Dr. Mulford then completed a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
Eric Sung-Yung Kim, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, Hematology/Oncology. Dr. Kim earned his medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He then completed a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
David W. Dougherty, MD is a Senior Instructor in the Department of Medicine, Hematology/Oncology. He earned his MD at Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Dougherty then completed a fellowship in Medical Oncology at Strong Memorial Hospital.
