Dry Needling

Dry needling uses thin needles, which are inserted in and around sore muscles or tender "trigger points," to improve flexibility and reduce pain. Dry needling zeroes in on the source of pain to reduce muscle tension and increase blood flow to speed the healing process.

This technique is used to improve athletic performance by helping relax muscles so you can get the most from your body. It can also benefit individuals suffering from acute or chronic pain, and other conditions involving muscular-skeletal, headaches, plantar fasciitis and more.
