Arrival Times
Candidates must arrive at the Feldman Ballroom no later than 1:15 p.m. to allow sufficient time for check-in at the registration table and assembly of processional columns. Candidates will be lined up according to their degree or Department. At 1:45 p.m., all candidates are to be lined up in their proper columns, ready to begin the procession.
Guests are welcome to arrive between 1:15–1:55 p.m. for the Ceremony.
