- Accredited by CEPH
- Training prepares clinician-scientists to carry out patient-based research in the development of interventions and technologies to ensure the highest levels of patient safety and quality of care
- Eligible individuals must have a post-graduate degree in medicine or another health-related discipline
- Coursework is completed in one year of full-time study with a mentored research project that, in most cases, will extend beyond the completion of courses
